Who is doing the talking

I run Easy Biz Tech, where I build the automation and follow-up systems small businesses actually use. Churches, bands, a spa, a handyman, a brewery, a cattle company. Not a tech company in the bunch.
I started making AI content in August 2025 because I kept finding things that genuinely surprised me. I show the failures too. That is usually the useful part.

Do I need to be technical to get anything out of this?
No. That is the whole point. Every lesson is written for someone who runs a business, not someone who writes software. If a lesson needs a term explained, it explains it.
What kind of business is this for?
Small ones where the owner is still doing most of the work. Service businesses, trades, churches and ministries, musicians and entertainers, shops and studios. If you have fewer than about twenty people and a pile of things nobody has time for, it fits.
Is this about writing better prompts?
Not really. Prompts show up where they matter, but the lessons are built around outcomes: missed calls answered, follow up that actually happens, reviews handled, hours back in the week. The tool is never the point.
